Kim Kardashian and Kanye West came together to support their daughter, North West, during her performance at the Hollywood Bowl. The 11-year-old took the stage for The Lion King concert event, singing “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” while both parents stood by her backstage. Their reunion was featured in the February 20 episode of The Kardashians, showing them prioritizing their child despite their past differences
Kardashian admitted she was overwhelmed with nerves as North prepared for the big moment. West had also attended rehearsals and offered creative input on the stage graphics. Kardashian acknowledged his suggestions, saying she believed they would improve the production.
She said, “Of course, of course. And I just look at them and I’m like, ‘It will be a better production [if you take his notes].” Despite their 2021 divorce, the former couple continues to co-parent their four children.
Backstage, North stood between her parents, holding both their hands in a prayer circle before stepping onto the stage. After the performance, the reality TV star said, “It’s such a proud moment as a mom to see your child have so much fun and not be nervous at all.”
Kardashian also spoke about their co-parenting dynamic, emphasizing that when it comes to their kids, they always aim to do what is best. She said, “Kanye and I want the best for the kids. And so anytime we’re here supporting our child, it’s always good vibes.”
