Adult Content Creator Hospitalised After Viral “Challenge, See how here…
A content creator has revealed she ended up in hospital after taking part in an extreme viral stunt with fellow adult performer Lily Phillips.
Phillips is known online for pushing boundaries with attention-grabbing challenges. One recent stunt, known as the “backdoor challenge,” sparked major controversy — and a health scare.
The challenge took place in the United States and involved multiple participants. It was later revealed that fellow performer Wisconsin Tiff, whose real name is Tiffany Wisconsin, suffered injuries and required medical treatment.
Performer Says She Needed Surgery After Stunt
Phillips spoke about the incident in a TikTok video, saying: “I recently did a video… with my friend Wisconsin Tiff. Bless her heart because she has had to have reconstructive surgery… Wouldn’t recommend.”
Tiff, who has worked in the industry for 21 years, also shared her experience online.
She posted from what appeared to be a medical facility, saying:
“I thought it would be a fun idea… With this line of work I’m in, it needs to look perfect so here I am at the surgery place.”
She did not reveal full details of her injuries but confirmed she needed stitches and experienced pain after the procedure.
She captioned one of her videos: “Back door challenge gone wrong.”
“Sitting On Ice Packs” — Ongoing Recovery Shared Online
In a follow-up video posted 36 hours after surgery, Tiff updated fans that she was still in discomfort.
She wrote: “Sitting on ice packs.”
As the clips went viral, some people questioned if the situation was exaggerated for publicity.
One user commented: “I refuse point blank to believe this is real.”
Another wrote: “I think this is satire.”
Tiff replied directly to those claims, stating: “It’s not,” and shared further footage from her recovery to prove it was genuine.
Online Reaction Split Between Concern And Skepticism
While some viewers expressed disbelief, others raised concerns about health risks involved in such extreme challenges.
Industry followers have questioned whether viral competitions are becoming increasingly unsafe as creators chase shocking online content.
Phillips, meanwhile, has continued to defend her work, saying she supports performer consent and safety.
