Sydney Sweeney is certain to cause a stir again with her latest sizzling new campaign.

Wearing barely a trace of clothing, the 28-year-old stars in a new ad for sports prediction market Novig – but her naked body threatens to distract from the product’s message.

Using sports equipment to protect her modesty, Sweeney brought serious sex appeal to billiards and football as she stood naked and spoke in a seductive coo.

‘Think you know sports? Prove it. Novig is just sports,’ she said.

Sitting naked on a basketball hoop, she continues: ‘So they wanted a show? Just sports.’

Sweeney, now wearing just shoulder pads and a football placed over her nether-regions, adds, ‘You can trade this sport. And this sport.’

‘No betting on wars or deaths and no politics. Just you, your takes, and sports,’ she later continues.

Not surprisingly, the campaign sent fans into a frenzy.

‘I just got into a car accident,’ one commenter joked.

She’s got the whole internet malfunctioning.. AGAINNNN,’ one commented.

‘Greatest ad ever,’ another posted.

‘We are at your feet sidney,’ another commented.

‘Yeah I’m not skipping this ad,’ one said.

One person whose heart is certain to be racing after the Novig ad is Sweeney’s boyfriend Scooter Braun.

The couple have been dating since last year, with a source telling Entertainment Tonight at the time: ‘Sydney and Scooter are still seeing each other and trying to be as low-key as possible, while still dating and having fun…

They are just taking things slow and enjoying their time together.’

By December, it was revealed that the couple were ‘serious’: ‘Scooter and Sydney are going strong and things between them are great. They’re in a committed relationship, and things are serious,’ a source told People.

In January this year, Sydney told Cosmopolitan about the speculation around her love: ‘Sometimes I’ll think that I can do a normal thing and have a date in a normal way, and then it gets perceived in a very non-normal way. It’s kind of sad.’

On going public with a romance, she said: ‘I understand that I’m a public person, but I’m still in my 20s. I’m still figuring out love, and it’s hard to do that with millions of people who have their own opinions of what that looks like…

‘At the same time, for all of my 20s, I put my head down and focused on work—and now I want to experience things. But it’s hard deciding that I want to experience love in the public eye. I’m just navigating it all.’

In May, Scooter said on the Second Thought With Suzy Weis podcast: ‘I’ve met an extraordinary woman who is kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth.’

Meanwhile, the Novig campaign is just the latest advertisement A-lister Sweeney has scored in her wildly-successful career.

Yet last year she faced controversy after she she appeared in an American Eagle ad featuring the tagline ‘Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans,’ a pun on ‘great genes’.

The phrase – and Sweeney’s blonde good looks – ignited a heated debate online when it launched in July with many accusing the company of promoting eugenics and white supremacy. Some even compared the ad to ‘Nazi propaganda’.

In an interview with People, the Euphoria star said that staying silent about the controversial ad only fueled the uproar.

‘I was honestly surprised by the reaction,’ Sweeney said. ‘I did it because I love the jeans and love the brand. I don’t support the views some people chose to connect to the campaign.

‘Many have assigned motives and labels to me that just aren’t true,’ she added.

American Eagle took a strong stance against the backlash, maintaining the campaign focused on personal style, confidence and authenticity.

‘”Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans” is and always was about the jeans,’ the company stated in an August 1 post on Instagram. ‘Her jeans. Her story. We’ll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone.’
