Simone Biles may not be pregnant right now, but that doesn’t mean that kids are off the table.

In a recent interview, the 27-year-old Olympian told TODAY Show host, Hoda Kotb, that children “are definitely in our future”.

In the interview, Biles told Kotb that she and her husband, Green Bay Packers safety Jonathan Owens, “always talk about kids.”

“Me and Jonathan always talk about kids,” said Biles, from the 2024 Paris Olympics. “He would have them, like, yesterday if he could have.”

“Obviously we both have goals that we want to achieve before we start a family. But yes, that’s definitely in our future,” she added.

When the 59-year-old host asked Biles if she can sees herself as a mother, Biles responded, “Yes, most definitely.”

Earlier this month, a fan on X wrote, “Still can’t get over the fact that Simone Biles did all of that while being injured AND pregnant ! A true GOAT indeed.”

Well, that was just a rumor, and the history-making athlete is not currently pregnant.

This isn’t the first time that the gymnast has been the subject of rumors stating that she was expecting. Back in December of 2023, Biles actually took to social media to address pregnancy rumors at the time.

Simone Biles clearly has a nurturing side. In the 2021 Facebook Watch Series , Simone Vs. Herself,, she shared how she took on a maternal role for her younger sister, Adria.

“I wanted to take care of Adria obviously because she was the baby,” Simone said in the episode. “I just felt like I needed to look out for her because if family doesn’t look out for you, who’s going to?”

Biles and her younger sister Adria were in the foster care system prior to being adopted by their grandparents, whom they lovingly call, “mom” and “dad”. During her TODAY Show interview, Biles said that, “If not for my parents and adoption, I would not be here today.”
