In a New York courtroom, prosecutors have presented photos of 13 men they say were involved in sexual events called “freak offs” with singer Cassie Ventura, the ex-girlfriend of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. These events are a key part of Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial, which began in May 2025.

Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, testified for four days, describing the “freak offs” as drug-fueled sexual encounters organized by Combs. She said these events involved male escorts and happened hundreds of times over their 11-year relationship, from 2007 to 2018.

During her testimony, Cassie identified the 13 men in photos shown by prosecutors, confirming they participated in these encounters while Combs watched and directed the sessions.

Prosecutors allege Combs used his fame and power to coerce Cassie and others into these events, often involving drugs like ecstasy and ketamine. Combs’ defense team argues that Cassie willingly took part in these events and that their relationship, though troubled, was not criminal. They pointed to text messages where Cassie seemed enthusiastic about the “freak offs,” suggesting she was not forced.

However, Cassie testified that she felt trapped and feared saying no to Combs, saying the experiences left her with physical injuries and emotional trauma. She even said she’d give back a $20 million settlement from a 2023 lawsuit against Combs if it meant never having gone through the “freak offs.”
