In case anyone was not yet aware that Lady Gaga is engaged, she confirmed the happy news at the Venice International Film Festival in the form of her gigantic diamond engagement ring. The singer and actor flashed her giant rock for the cameras on September 3, giving us all our first peek at the stone since she inadvertently revealed her engagement to Michael Polansky at the Paris Olympics earlier in the summer.

Gaga paired the stunning new ring with a sculptural black minidress, which was adorned with jumbo white polka dots and an oversized bow detail on the front, along with ruffled bell sleeves.
