Travis Kelce’s Reason for Attending Taylor Swift’s Eras Show 2 Days Before Chiefs Game.
Travis Kelce surprised a lot of fans when he attended the second night of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Indianapolis just two days before the Kansas City Chiefs played a game. For those who missed it, Kelce was in attendance during the Saturday concert at Lucas Oil Stadium to support his girlfriend.
The three-night show was also the final leg of Swift’s tour in the U.S., so it was certainly extra special. While many expected Kelce to skip the concert because of the Chiefs’ preparations for Monday Night Football-against a tough Tampa Bay Buccaneers team, no less-the nine-time Pro Bowler still found a way to make it happen.
Speaking in the latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast, Kelce opened up about his decision to attend the show despite the short gap between it and the Chiefs’ next game. According to the 35-year-old, he simply couldn’t afford to miss it.
