Taylor Swift Sends words of appreciation to Blake Lively “Thanks for Showing up for me.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are among some of Taylor Swift’s most devoted fans, as evidenced by their attendance at her Eras Tour show in Madrid on May 30.
The couple, accompanied by their daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, turned the event into a family affair, as captured in photos posted on X (formerly known as Twitter.) Lively sported a pink and green sweater inspired by Swift’s “Lover” album, while Reynolds wore a checkered green button-down.
Lively, 36, and Reynolds, 46, were seen mingling with other celebrities like the Haim sisters at the concert, which was held in the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Despite the back-to-back shows, Lively and her daughters remain enthusiastic fans. Reynolds had previously revealed on Today that his family has attended several of Swift’s concerts, expressing, “They love it, they’re obsessed.”
The pop star even gave a special mention to the couple’s daughters. Before performing her Folklore song “betty” on May 29, Swift addressed the audience, saying, “I have to say that on Folklore, some of my favorite characters are named James, Inez, and Betty.”
Lively’s support for the “Bad Blood” singer extends beyond attending concerts. In 2021, she directed the music video for Swift’s “I Bet You Think About Me,” earning praise from Swift for her directorial debut. During the 2021 Grammys, Swift thanked the Lively-Reynolds family, stating, “I want to thank James, Inez, and Betty and their parents, who are the second and third people that I play every new song that I write.”
