The night Brooklyn Beckham turned to a fellow spoiled nepo-baby in Montecito… and why it could tell us the inevitable end to this raging family feud: See more here…
Victoria Beckham made a “nepo baby” claim about her children just months before eldest son Brooklyn made a series of chocking claims about the family.
Brooklyn, aged 26, has been estranged from the rest of his family for a considerable period and on Monday, he took to Instagram to break his silence on the feud.
In a lengthy post, the aspiring chef said had been born into a life of “performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships”.
Among many accusations levelled, he claimed that he grew up with “overwhelming anxiety being “controlled by my parents for most of my life” and that his worries have disappeared since isolating himself from David and Victoria.
Brooklyn has his own life with his wife Nicola in Los Angeles and is the owner of Cloud 23, a hot sauce brand which he launched.

The term ‘nepo baby’ – which means taking advantage of a family’s wealth and status for success – has been used to describe the Beckham children given they were born into one of the richest and most successful families in the world.

In October, a reporter from The Sun, interviewed Spice Girl Victoria and said that her youngest son Cruz was “not a traditional nepo-baby” as he was making waves as a musician.
In response, the 51-year-old defended her children being nepo babies and urged people to “give them a chance”.
“I mean, I feel sorry for these kids that are considered nepo babies,” she stated.
“The kids are simply the kids of their parents. It’s not their fault. Give them a chance.”
She added: “What matters is that people are good and kind.
“It’s fine to be ambitious, but it is more important to be kind. Let the music speak for itself before you judge.”
In his younger days, Brooklyn had spells with photography and modelling and also had a period in Arsenal’s academy. He also earned £2.68 an hour working at a coffee shop when he was 15.
Speaking to Grazia magazine back in 2024, Brooklyn addressed being a nepo baby and accepted his position by saying he was “fine” with it and that “it makes me work harder, because I’m like, I’m gonna prove these people wrong”.

In a chat with InStyle where he again discussed the topic, Brooklyn said he “couldn’t ask for better parents” when it came to supporting him and urging him to prove them wrong.
However, fast forward to the present day and Brooklyn’s attitude towards his mum and dad has shifted massively.
He claimed that his wife has been “consistently disrespected” and that his family “values public promotion and endorsements above all else”.
Stressing that “Brand Beckham comes first”, he added that he does “not want to reconcile with my family” and was “standing up for myself for the first time in my life”.
The Beckhams are yet to official respond to the explosive statement.
