Naughty kitty! Kanye’s wife Bianca Censori is bra and underwear free in a VERY sheer gown with a CAT mask

Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori stepped out in yet another eye-popping outfit that could pass for a Halloween costume on Thursday.

The former Yeezy architect went without a bra and underpants, exposing her bare buttocks by wearing a sheer black dress with fur stripes across the front.

Censori and her husband were spotted at the Paragraph Golf & Spa Tabori, Autograph Collection in the country of Georgia.

Located at the intersection of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, in the Caucasus region, Georgia is bordered by the Black Sea to the west, Russia to the north and northeast, Turkey and Armenia to the south, and Azerbaijan to the southeast.

West is in Tbilisi, Georgia, to perform a massive, sold-out stadium show at the Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena as part of the government-backed Starring Georgia concert series

He is currently on his 2026 World Tour supporting his 18-track studio album, BULLY.

This comes after the pair celebrated his 49th birthday in Amsterdam after she shared a gushing birthday tribute for the man she calls her ‘ride and die’ and true love ‘4ever.

On Monday Censori posted a tribute on her Instagram Stories. ‘Happy birthday @ye I Iove you more than life,’ wrote the model over the photo of him dancing. Censori also called West her ‘ride or die ❤️ 4ever’ in an expired Instagram Story post.

The photo she used was raunchy as it showed them mouth-to-mouth with glass separating them.

In February, Censori insisted West hasn’t forced her to appear naked in public.

The star – who married the controversial rapper in 2022 – has broken her silence after their relationship has spent years in the headlines for her provocative outfits, including at the Grammy Awards in February last year, where she arrived in a fur coat before revealing a sheer dress that left little to the imagination.

Insisting it was her own choice every time she’s been seen nude, Bianca told Vanity Fair magazine: ‘I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do.’

She added that she and Kanye ‘work on her outfits together’, and she’s happy to discuss her outfits with someone she considers a genius

She said: ‘So it was like a collaboration, it was never ‘I was being told to do something.’…

‘If you were married to Gianni Versace, wouldn’t he give you a dress or something?’

Bianca admitted that she has long had ‘an obvious obsession with nudity’, which came across in her work.

She said: ‘I was naked everywhere. I didn’t detach with it at any point. I consistently showed the same imagery over and over and over again. I live my artwork.’

She also didn’t mind people, as she sees it, misrepresenting her nudity as attention seeking instead of a statement about sexuality and control.

She added: ‘I’ve never gone home and cried myself to sleep over anything anyone has said, because it interests me when the reaction is not the intention, because that’s just what lives within everybody.

‘I was explaining this to somebody once, and he said, ‘Well, your intention was lost.’

‘It’s okay that the intention was lost. It doesn’t matter. I was able to express myself. That’s all that mattered.’

In the wide-ranging interview, Bianca was also asked if she is antisemitic – she said ‘no’ while insisting ‘the fact that antisemitism is mainstream is terrifying’ – as she opened up about her husband’s remarks against Jewish people.

Early in 2025, the Stronger rapper came under fire over his controversial behavior, including praising Adolf Hitler and selling t-shirts emblazoned with a Swastika, a notorious Nazi hate symbol.

He later asked for forgiveness and called for peace, having previously declared: ‘After further reflection I’ve come to the realization that I’m not a Nazi.’

Asked if she ever spoke to Kanye about why he was so focused on Nazism and Jewish people, Bianca insisted despite trying to have that conversation, the answer Ye gave didn’t make a lot of sense.

She explained: ‘You have to think of other obsessions he’s had.

‘Because this would have been one that was perceived as damaging — obviously it was damaging. But hasn’t he also had extreme obsessions before?’

Bianca noted she wasn’t concerned with the public or a ‘PR cleanup’, as she instead focused on herself and her partner. And she also claimed Kanye recently ‘met with a rabbi’, and he’s trying to make amends for his past comments.

She said: ‘He met with a rabbi recently. You know, he has to go through his process in how he amends that, and I’m here to support and love and be with him.

‘I love him so much. We’re like the same person.’

Also in February, West paid for Censori to go to rehab because she needed to ‘work’ on herself.

The musician opened up about the couple’s relationship in a candid interview with Vanity Fair magazine in which she revealed she spent time at a clinic in Spain because she was suffering from emotional problems and the publication reports she was ‘self-medicating with benzodiazepines’.

In the chat, Bianca credits her musician husband with paying a ‘ridiculous’ price for her treatment. She said: ‘I needed to work on myself.

Because I had patterns of things that I would do that would not just hurt me but would hurt the people around me …

‘I put a lot of pressure on other people being the reason for my happiness or the reason for my unhappiness. I would blame someone else if I wasn’t feeling good.’

She declared rehab ‘changed my life,’ adding: ‘How was I a completely different person? I was very emotionally dysregulated. And I can function now.’

Bianca went on to insist Kanye’s decision to pay for her treatment was the best gift he could ever have bought for her. She explained: ‘[I told him] ‘Anything that you have ever bought me does not equate to how important this was to me’.

Kanye previously opened up about his own rehab stint at a clinic in Switzerland last year crediting Bianca with encouraging him to seek help after his behavior spiraled out of control.

In a previously published piece in Vanity Fair, Kanye explained: ‘Toward the end of my four-month-long manic episode, my medication was changed. In that shift, the antipsychotic drug took me into a really deep depressive episode.

‘My wife recognized that, and we sought out what’s been an effective and stabilizing course correction in my regime from a rehab facility in Switzerland. You must understand bipolar is a disease. It’s one of the most lethal nonterminal illnesses

.’Kanye’s antics included praising Adolf Hitler and selling t-shirts emblazoned with a Swastika, a notorious Nazi hate symbol, and he took out a full-page advertisement in the Wall Street Journal to express his remorse and explain his actions were a result of a lengthy manic episode.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian – who is mother to North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, seven, with her ex-husband West – is said to be taking her new relationship with Lewis Hamilton seriously.

A source recently told PEOPLE: ‘[Lewis is] just an easy-going guy with great energy. Her family likes him and Kim’s very into him.

‘They are both busy with their careers, but see each other as much as possible.’

They are said to have ‘more than just a casual connection’ with the insider adding: ‘It takes a lot to capture Kim’s interest and she’s definitely intrigued.’
