‘He expects an apology. He’s not changed’: Friends reveal Harry is ‘still angry’ with members of the Royal Family and why his return to Britain is not a change of heart from Megxit
For now, the answer appears uncertain.
The Duke may be physically closer to his father, brother and extended family than he has been in years. But if the reports from people familiar with his thinking are accurate, the emotional distance remains.
Harry’s return, therefore, may not represent a rejection of Megxit. Instead, it could represent an attempt to create a different future—one in which he can live in Britain, raise his children there and maintain his independence while still believing that unresolved grievances deserve recognition.
Whether that approach ultimately leads to reconciliation or another chapter of royal tension remains to be seen.
