Serena Williams mourns and reminisces about her mother today. She tragically lost her mother at the young age of 20.

I was so young when I lost her, and the pain remains indescribable. Every day, I dedicate to celebrating her memory. I’m immensely grateful to my dad for his unwavering support through it all. Despite the challenges, including the actions of my stepmother, which altered my dad’s life, we are thankful to God that he persevered.
